  1. You will need to send us a sample of the product you’ve imported for us to be sure it’s up to the quality we standardize
  2. Always make sure we have a 1week notice if you’re running low on stock for a Particular Product
  3. You must be ready to package and ship out product within 2hrs of confirming order & payment from us
  4. Any product that is not neatly kept or has any defects will be returned to supplier immediately 
  5. You must not ship out a product with even the slightest difference as to the one needed (This will attract penalty charges and we’ll also return the product)

What If I Deliver A low Quality Product With Rough Packaging?

Any supplier that delivers a product that has even the slightest difference from what they were supposed to whether in size, cooler, quality, or packaging will be charged a fine for it and then item will be returned to supplier at their own loss 

Do I Still Keep The Products In My Own Warehouse ?

Yes, suppliers can still keep the products in their warehouse for now we don't keep inventories for suppliers, we basically partner with you send you an order for a product you have and then you deliver to customer 

Can I Market & Sell The Products To Other Parties Or People?

YES...You partnering with us to become one of our suppliers doesn't deprive you from selling to other parties or people as Long as you don't steal any of Kvstore trade secret to achieve that purpose.
